1:1 Coaching – 6 months
You are ready to grow and you are committed to living your healthiest, most fulfilling life. This confidential, personalized 6-month program addresses all your specific health goals using evidence-based behavior change so you develop healthy habits for the long-term. We will focus on nutrition, stress management, optimal sleep, detox, healthy mindset, exercise, pain management, and overall ideal health so that you can live your best life. You’ll receive coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want through:
• Two 50-minute sessions per month (12 total sessions)
• Ongoing email support between sessions
• Guidance in creating long-term behavioral improvements through small actionable changes within your lifestyle
• Healthy lifestyle modifications you can easily incorporate into your life
• Useful literature specific to your needs
• Easy-to-follow recipes
